Tangerine & Banana Yogurt Parfait

Talk about starting your day off right: Vitamin C, Potassium and Probiotics all in one healthy, delicious parfait. There are so many great benefits to eating healthy in the mornings and starting your day off right. If you have the time, whip up an extra parfait for a friend and give the gift of health. Not only will you feel awesome for making someone’s morning, but you’ll be sharing with someone else the vitamins and mood-boosting fruits they’ll need to tackle the rest of their day.


2 SweeterSorts tangerines, peeled and sectioned
1 banana, peeled and sliced
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
2 tbsp. clover honey
1/2 cup granola


1.Peel the tangerine and slice the bananas.

2.Mix the Greek yogurt with the honey.

3.In a small bowl, whisk together the ingredients for the salad dressing. Let it sit for 10 minutes.

4.Spoon Greek yogurt into bottom of the glass. Add bananas and tangerines. Repeat as many times as you would like.

5.Top with granola and enjoy!
